- Lead, motivate and drive the business of the various outlets.
- Lead in the implementation of retail strategies, systems and outlet operations procedures.
- Responsible for the hiring of fitness-minded and qualified sales representatives.
- Drive the team to succeed, encourage initiative and sharing of best practices.
- Analyse and control the monthly performance of outlets which encompasses sales management, inventory management, customer service and people management.
- Possess strong leadership, communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Able to train and motivate the sales team.
- An organized, energetic, proactive individual who is accustomed to retail hours and travelling.
- Minimum 3 years management experience with retail organization.
- Degree/ Diploma in any disciplines with basic fitness knowledge.
- Physically fit and healthy. Non-smoker preferred.
- Enjoy sports/ fitness activities.
