Terms and Conditions:

1. [Contest Period] Fitness Concept Specialist Chain Sdn Bhd. (“The Organiser”) 100 Days GO FIT CHALLENGE Contest (“The Contest”) will run from 16th March 2018 (10 a.m.) and close on 14th May 2018 (10p.m.) (“Contest Period”).
2. [Qualification] The Contest is opened to all Malaysian residents, aged 18 years and over at the time of the entry. All employees of The Organiser, its affiliates and/or its related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter The Contest; and such entry, if any, will be disqualified. Any form which is damaged, incomplete, illegible writing, incorrect entries and/or without proof of purchase will be disqualified. The Organiser is not responsible for any lost form.
3. Contestant can only enter in its own name. The Organiser reserves the right to request the winner to provide identification card and proof of purchase for verification before issuing the prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide the required proof, the winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
4. Results of The Contest will be announced on 10th Oct 2018. The winners will be notified by sms. The winners’ list will be published in our Website and Facebook.
5. The Winner has to acknowledge the acceptance of the prize and its terms in sms upon notification within the stipulated period, failing to do so will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.
6. The judges' decision is final and conclusive, and no further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
7. The Eligible Persons, Participants and/or Winners hereby acknowledge and agree that the Organiser excluded all warranty and/or liability in connection with the awarded Prizes and/or the Campaign.
8. In the event whereby the Contest Winner is found to be ineligible at any point of time, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the said Contest Winner and to cancel/ withdraw/ recall the Prize(s) from being delivered to the ineligible winner. If the ineligible winner has enjoyed the Prize(s), the ineligible winner hereby agrees and undertakes to indemnify the Organiser for the cost of the Prize(s), failing which, the Organiser shall have the right to initiate any action it deems necessary against the ineligible Contest Winner.
9. [Liability & Responsibility] The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or personal injury or loss of life by the contest participant(s), winner and/or any party resulting from or arising out of or in connection with this contest or the Prize given under this contest.
10. The Winner is required to collect the Prize personally at the designated outlet of the Organiser within the stipulated period and to present the proof of purchase and the Identity Card and any other documents of proof of identity. All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Winner in relation to the Campaign and/or to claim the Prize(s), which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
11. The Winner agrees to abide by all laws and regulations currently in place, and the terms and conditions of The Contest.
12. [Data Protection] All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries and the collection of prizes are and remained the Property of The Organiser. By participating in The Contest, the participants will be deemed have (i) consented The Organiser collecting their personal data via registration form; (ii) consented The Organiser using their information for future advertising and publicity purposes; and (iii) read and understood all the terms and conditions, rules and regulations herewith and agreed to be bound by them and any related promotional materials and all additions, amendments and modifications as may be made from time to time.
13. [Terms & Conditions] The Organiser reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice which shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this Contest.
