The FS10i is a ‘FreeStride Trainer’; it’s based on the swing/rotational motion of an elliptical trainer, with the ability to modify its stride and inclination to adapt to most user’s height & their training goal. Making it a must have piece of equipment for all cardio junkies.

How Does It Work?

Unlike the standard elliptical design, the FreeStride has cushioned pedals that ride on belts rather than traditional rails attached to the crank. This gives you more of a feeling of floating on air and also provides ZERO IMPACT on your joints, which is great for those prone to shin splints, back or knee issues.
